Renovated lanai! This 3 bed/4 bath home is on the nicest canal with 200+ ft of frontage & gorgeous views of the canal & sunset. The pool, tiki hut & docks have full sun all day. Each bedroom has a private bath & there's a 2 pc powder room off the laundry. The primary has a king bed & walkout to pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & pool access. Escape to our newly renovated home, perfectly located just 10ish minutes from Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Our house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with window unit ACs in every room (please note there is no central AC, but there are window units and ceiling fans). The house went through a complete reconstruction and everything including furniture is brand new. The location of the house is fabulous for beach lovers, as it sits right between Sanibel and FMB. Target and Walmart are 5 minutes away.
