5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Der frühere Stall wurde vor gut 30 Jahren zu einem charmanten Zuhause umgebaut und vor wenigen Monaten mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Durch die wunderschöne Holzvertäfelung versprüht das Haus einen heimeligen Charm. Ein kleines Paradies in dem man sich gut erholen und abschalten kann. Fern ab von Jubel und Trubel und trotzdem sehr zentral.

Ein 200 Jahre altes Heimatschutzhaus, das weitgehend im Originalzustand blieb und zur Schweizer Geschichte gehört, gepflegt, aber alt. Erhöht über dem Tal bietet es herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal. Der Platz strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus und ist voller positiver Energie. Da es keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn gibt, ist man hier völlig ungestört."
