It was a perfect escape to be at your home with access to the river, pool and jacuzzi that stayed open til 11pm - just what the family needed!

Great place at a great price, clean house and spacious. We were not on a vacation stay had some work to be done close by, but it was nice outside definitely a place i would like to stay again.

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

The stay was perfect, location could not be better either. Nice view of the river and a host that went far above any beyond what I’ve ever experienced through Airbnb. Left a great birthday surprise for my wife, I wish I could have taken credit for it. Would recommend for any river stays.

Excellent condo for a weekend river and Schlitterbahn trip!

We loved this resort! They offered complimentary activities on site and recommended many other activities. It was on the riverwalk and had a short five minute walk to downtown. Stay here!!!!

Home was super clean, Very responsive!

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Beautiful resort. Super nice condo with a modern kitchen and comfortable living and bedroom furniture. Great view from the 3rd floor balcony. Very helpful host. The most beautiful sunrise view. Got to use the golf driving range which was a plus. For sure will be back. Also got to use the pool.

Loved the house, was clean and well kept. The only suggestion I could think to give would be to include in the instructions whether it’s the door on the left or right. We made it to the house when it was already dark and I tried to get into the neighbors door on accident! Other than that the stay was wonderful

James was a great host and was very accommodating it was a very special day for my family and I and James was able to make that experience even better

Great stay! Val was an excellent host, she was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The place was in a great location, making it easy to get around, and we really appreciated the visitor parking!

Airbnb was conveniently close to everything on our agenda (Natural Bridge Caverns, The Cliff Carver, Gruene). Sitting on the outside porch was so peaceful and relaxing being so close to trees and the river and we loved seeing deer roaming right in front of us. Airbnb was spacious enough for us four. Even though it's a condo the unit was surprisingly very quiet, never heard any cars driving by or are neighbors above us or on either side. Beds were comfy. Only negative was that there was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen so we had to purchase some but no big deal. Thank you for our stay!

The host was so very responsive, he made us feel at home. The place was so comfortable and charming. He is quick to respond, checked in to make sure we were happy with our stay. I will absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay with the family. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Family loved seeing the deer up close. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and easy access to the stores and restaurants! We will be back next year.
