Newly built sea view apartment(on 1st floor) located in a peaceful area of Karavomilos Kefalonia just 15 meters from the sea. It has three bedrooms, an open-space kitchen, and a big lounge/dining area with a fireplace. The two bedrooms enjoy access to a grand balcony where you can watch the spectacular Seaview across to Ithaca and the mountain of Sami emerging in the crystal clear water where one can swim from early morning until late at night. The harmonious combination of traditional and modern design, as well as the stunning sea view, aspires to authentic pleasure. The Sami gulf and the mythical Ithaca island shape one of the most inspiring views of Cephalonia, especially at sunrise.
