The Beach house. Families only - newly revamped.

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Salt Rock for my brother’s wedding, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. Each room had its own private bathroom, which was a huge bonus. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area created a wonderful, spacious feel that made the entire stay so comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning – we even had the incredible sight of dolphins right from the property! A lovely touch was the wine and snacks provided on arrival, which made us feel extra welcomed. Caroline, the housekeeper, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again in the future – highly recommend this place!

Ruth is a great hostess. She was east to communicate with. The home is well appointed and a much needed space to reflect after a 5 week trip in South Africa. Easy walk to restaurants, tut tut or uber also easily available. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Ruth’s art work is lovely on the walls as well. Thank you for a peaceful stay.

Luxury Ballito home in Simbithi with Jacuzzi

We had never stayed in an Airbnb property before and so had no idea what to expect. However, The Lilypad surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house itself was beautiful and much bigger than it seemed in the photos and Derrick and Margi are the perfect hosts. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Even the monkeys turned up to watch us eating lunch in the garden one day. It was like a wildlife documentary in reverse! We could not believe their generosity in taking our children to the airport at 5.30am after we left! If all Airbnb properties and hosts are all like this then we are hooked. What can I say except WOW! Started off the day watching the sun rise over the ocean while enjoys a wonderful cup of tea on the two chairs dedicated to Nono and Maxime. We could then walk down to Thompson Bay beach directly from the garden. When a day in the waves was over, a short walk up the steps to the outdoor shower by the pool for a quick dip then a quick braai on the amazing stainless steel braai by the pool. To end it all, going to sleep with the doors open listening to the waves crashing all night! And in the morning, Elizabeth was there to sort out our messy dishes and Russel washed off all the kids beach toys…. I can’t recommend the place enough and hope to be back next year. Thank you Denise and team, truly amazing trip xx

My family and I stayed at Patrick's house for 3 nights. The house was spacious and as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Patrick allowed us to drop our luggage before check-in time as our flight was early. He was also very quick with response whenever we needed assistance. What an amazing host!!!

Architectural Villa Zimbali - Coast & Golf Estate

We recently booked to stay at Zimbali for a family trip and had the most wonderful stay! Wendy was amazing throughout - really communicative and even helped us out with a late checkout which was really appreciated. The villa is incredible and surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. There are plenty of activities (tennis, pickleball etc) across the estate and lovely restaurants too. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back again!!

A beautiful home, stunning furnishings, kitchen was well equipped, clean towels, huge patio with sun loungers, wonderfully large patio table, bar fridge & the most comfortable lounging chairs. Spotless, bedrooms & bathrooms. Serene position within the Simbithi forest, trails right off the back garden, what more could one ask.. We spent our family holiday, all 7 of us loved relaxing at Terry’s & Paul’s place, it was simply beautiful.

Their home is a beautiful homey art piece. Every piece of the house tells a beautiful story. Every room makes you feel like you are on vacation at 5 star accommodation and at home. The house has a lot of games, books, family tables, beautiful pool area, surrounded by plants, a clean home, bond fire family space with views to take yo our breath away. Everything you might need and want is in the house. Our family would recommend this beautiful home. I will definitely come back. The hosts were amazing. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Sweeping Ocean Views and Luxury Accommodation

Con una vista mozzafiato sull’oceano indiano, questa villa è un sogno per chiunque voglia passare una rilassante vacanza. L’ampio salone e tre delle quattro camere hanno una spettacolare vista sull’oceano. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il patio superiore e inferiore sono ottimi per rilassarsi facendo due chiacchiere o leggendo un libro. Tutto è pulito alla perfezione e protetto da un sistema d’allarme. Il giardino con piscina privata ha anche accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Jenny è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima, per qualsiasi domanda le risposte sono arrivate al massimo in 5 minuti! Una vacanza splendida, la casa e il giardino sono talmente belli che non avrete molta voglia di allontanarvi per goderveli il più possibile.

Our stay was incredible and zizi was a fantastic host although we are from the area we hired out the house to host an intimate lunch which turned out great zizi also has a very helpful lady who lives on the property to help with anything you might be confused about thank you zizi we will surely Book again!

Pearl has been the best host. Her place is beautiful, very clean and she was able to respond to any queries we had. I think the pictures on the profile don’t do justice, the place is so beautiful and there was a lot to do in and around the estate. We loved everything about it and we will book again very soon 🥰🥰🥰 thank you Pearl 😊😊

What a lovely home, rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is just gorgeous! Rachel who works there is so friendly and helpful, nice having her around. The area is very peaceful. You can see the ocean from most of the rooms and living area. The kids also enjoyed the house, garden and swimming pool. Would recommend this holiday home. Thank you!

Mel’s place is beautiful and open. It’s great for kids as well. The beautiful and aesthetically pleasing home is also child friendly. Mel also has Nompilo who is there to help us with anything we needed and to ensure the place is clean. Having someone there made it easy for us if we had any questions. The driveway is steep so you need to be confident when driving there. The estate is beautiful and has lots of things to do for when traveling with kids. We really enjoyed ourselves there. Thanks Mel and family ❤️❤️❤️

This is the most magical place I’ve stayed! I’m so grateful to have gotten to experience Greece but in the heart of Ballito! The most perfect location, does not even feel like you’re in a complex! So much privacy and feels like home away from home, has everything you need to make a hearty home meal and have an amazing time with loved ones! Truly a place of my dreams!
