Cosy home with views of Beacon Fell

A cosy semi-detached house in the quaint village of Great Eccleston. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms; bath with shower over; fully equipped kitchen and garden with patio . Ample space for parking two cars. A 5 minute walk to the village with various shops, pubs and take-aways. Ideally situated for the beautiful Forest of Bowland ( AONB); the coastal areas of Blackpool, St Anne's and Lytham. Lancaster is only 20 mins drive and the Lake District can be reached in just under an hour.

These former stables have been thoughtfully converted into three luxurious, contemporary holiday homes situated within the owners grounds in a semi-rural location which is well situated for exploring all the North West has to offer. The Maples is an ideal retreat from which to enjoy a host of activities and places to visit. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

Spacious, Self-Contained Annexe, King+Double Beds

Self-contained annexe to our house in semi-rural Catterall, 56m2/608ft2. Near Garstang, Lancaster & the beautiful Forest of Bowland AONB. Plenty of parking, also on bus route. Local restaurant, golf, canal walks & fell walking accessed straight from the house; Lake District or beach at Lytham StAnnes / Blackpool 40mins away. Easy access to Preston, Lancaster & Blackpool by car/bus. Manchester is around a 45m drive. We're often available to advise. Info on local amenities & activities provided.

Rose cottage cabin by the sea

Beautifully appointed cottage near Blackpool.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Cosy Rural Bungalow in a Peaceful Setting

A cosy, modern, self-contained bungalow set in a peaceful rural location near Preston. With one double bedroom, bathroom and a comfortable lounge (with fold-out futon), it’s ideal for a relaxing countryside break. Situated beside our small stable yard, with horses often grazing nearby, it offers authentic countryside charm while remaining calm and private. Close to the coast and River Wyre. Private parking is available next to the bungalow, and a car is essential.

Large converted barn in peaceful, rural location

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.

First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. Set in private grounds, with plenty of room for families (and pets!), Lowfield is a converted barn, which is close to Lancaster University and an ideal base for exploring the North West and Lake District. The accommodation has 3 double bedrooms (1 twin), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/diner, utility and garden room/lounge. Public transport links to Lancaster, ample parking and local knowledge for exploring the North West!

The Port Hole, Woodplumpton

We are situated in rural Lancashire 5 minutes from junction 32 of the M6. Located on the popular national cycle route, we are on the border between the Fylde coast and the Forest of Bowland. The Port Hole is an annexe to our home, with it's own entrance. The accommodation is private and peaceful, it has recently been refurbished to a high standard. One well behaved dog welcome.
