Every thing was great .Exactly what we expected we stayed 10 days and the location was perfect. Pub serves great food corner store next corner. Bed warm and mattress great . Close to everything restaurants pubs beach David and Toni Australia 🇦🇺

Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

A beautiful clean, comfortable house. My whole family felt at home. Kitchen was very well equipped and location was fantastic. Host was very informative and made us feel welcomed. Would highly recommend. We would definitely book again.

This was a return visit to this lovely house. The house is bright, clean, well equipped, and not cluttered at all. The kitchen is bright and has everything you'd need. Old Town is a lovely area of Eastbourne. We are a family of four, the bedroom set up is perfect for us. There are nice playgrounds in Gildredge Park and the nearby recreation ground (i forget the name). Recommended :)

Katharina is an absolutely lovely and helpful host. The place does what it says on the tin and at the price is fair value. She helped us out at short notice which was very kind. We forgot one of our bags at the property and she got one of friends to help us immediately. Thank you very much.

Jeannie’s rental was an excellent choice! The place was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed. Jeannie was very accommodating, even lending us a vacuum and clothes iron when needed. The other people staying at the accommodation were friendly and helpful, especially Barry, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and groceries like Sainsbury’s and Londis, plus a quick bus ride to the town center. No complaints at all. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant time at Douglas’ place. Only a very short walk to the Beach which is stoney at high tide and sandy with wonderful rock pools at low tide. I’ve always loved Hastings’ seaside charm and wanted to share it with our children. Loads for them to do along the beach. We visited the famous black sheds for fresh fish. Didn’t make it up the hills this time but definitely on the list for next. Would definitely recommend staying here. Loads of room, comfy sofas and beds, well located and parking included. Thank you for a great stay.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Jon hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit! Danke nochmal! Ein Parkplatz war meistens direkt vorm Haus frei bzw. in der Straße. Zu Fuß kommt man gut an den Strand und auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Zimmeraufteilung! Waschmaschine vorhanden! Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Hannah has a very spacious and comfortable home. Lovely setting overlooking the park. Hannah was a very responsive and helpful host. with great recommendations locally.We had a lovely stay.

Lovely house about 15 mins walk into Hastings old town.. house had some lovely features and really appreciated the fabulous open kitchen & dining area, which caught the sun in the mornings and made for a fab setting for breakfast. We had a small issue with the front door lock which we raised and which was fixed the same day with excellent communication & response times.. would recommend and would certainly stay again, thank-you!!

Fantastic stay, Bill and Emma are fantastic hosts. Easy communication and very helpful. Beautiful house, very clean and everything we needed. Clean fresh towels and bedding. Tolieties in both bathrooms. Location is just want we wanted, short walk to the pantiles shops and restaurants / coffee shops plus also exploring Kent. Lovely little touches such the movie treat box made it extra special. Highly recommended

Great place and great host. Clean place and very comfortable beds. All you need it's there although I struggle to find the hairdryer. Maybe a little bit too much of personal stuff e.g. clothes in the wardrobe so not enough space for our clothes, but that didn't cause any problems. Finding parking space on the street was easy enough too. Thank you 👍

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

My friend and I stayed at Carl’s cottage for 6 weeks during our clinical placement. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a long stay, from various kitchen equipment, to lots of clean bed sheets and bath towels. When the radiator in the bedroom stopped working, Carl was quick to assess the problem within a day and organise for a plumber to come round to fix it in a very timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the big shower is lovely too. The cottage is in prime location to the town centre and station, within 20 mins walk, or the nearby Waitrose and local pubs which were a 3min walk away. Even in a good location, the road was very quiet and away from busy traffic and free street parking was never a struggle to find. Overall, we would definitely recommend Carl’s cottage to anyone looking to stay for either a short or long duration- thank you Carl!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and just a short walk to the old town and to the east hill park.

I had a great stay here! Julie and Darryl were very friendly and helpful. The room, bathroom, and kitchenette were all clean and tidy. Julie was also very kind to pick me up at Paddock Wood station, which made the whole check-in process extremely easy. Looking forward to my next stay here whenever I come back to Paddock Wood!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and this stay has set a very high standard. I stayed with seven others, and each of us had an extremely comfortable experience. Taryn made everything easy by providing a detailed handbook about the house, the amenities, and the surrounding area, which answered all our questions and encouraged us to explore the beautiful nearby harbour. The house itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with abstract paintings and décor that made it feel homely. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Really super ,stylish and comfortable house. Thank you so much for a super stay, we really enjoyed being so close to the beautiful bustling Pantiles, which were really sparkling with Christmas lights, but lovely and quiet in Cumberland Mews. We were very grateful for the parking space just outside. Natalie was really helpful and responsive which was so helpful. Thank you so much. We managed to cook Christmas Dinnervery easily.

Had an amazing stay with my family at Captain’s house. It feels like a real experience, very old worldly and grand. Super lovely hosts who were clear with their instructions, and it was all just easy and pleasant.
