Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! This lovely listed period property is situated in the heart of the Old Town of Hastings, on the iconic High Street. The location makes it perfect for restaurants, shops, the beach and all of the delights that the old town has to offer. This property is a basement garden flat situated beneath our working gallery, open between 11-4. There will be a small amount of activity during these hours.

The apartment is located directly on the beautiful St Leonards seafront and occupies the entire basement of a historic Grade II listed house. It was built by James Burton, the architect of St Leonards-on-Sea in the year 1830. The holiday let is accessed through its own front door, down a flight of steps from the street; the flat is completely self-contained.

Now a cosy cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage has one very spacious bedroom accessed via the stairs, with a king-size bed with a luxury bath within the room.
