There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Rooms will be unlocked in accordance with how many guests are staying in the residence. Other key features include: wifi, laundry, enhanced security, and privacy.

With accommodations for 6, and room for more, this is the ideal spot for a retreat. Gram’s cabin is 20 minutes from Plaster Rock, and 40 minutes from Mount Carleton.
