You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.

This completely private duplex, for NON-SMOKERS only, consists of a ground floor with a little private garden, and a basement floor (dressing, bathroom), in a typical Brussels house. The area is NOT TOURISTIC (no nice cafés or restaurants in the close vicinity), but is multicultural and safe. Regional tax is included, no extra charge will be requested. Parking is scarce and very expensive.

Fully equipped studio located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from Brussels Expo and ING Arena, and at 10-15 minutes from the Atomium, trams, buses, and metro, north of Brussels. The private studio is located on the ground floor in my house. Nice terrace & garden are at your disposal as well. Just bring your luggage :-)
