Upper Deck - Unique Quayside Loft w. Free Parking

Step from the lively harbor side of a working fishing village into the haven of this stunning 18th-century converted net loft. With gorgeous designer touches highlighting the period charm, this home blends the 18th- and 21st-centuries seamlessly pairing a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oriental rugs and Asian accents. On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. Set in a Grade II listed building, this accessible ground-floor cottage also offers Amazon Echo and antique wood floors. Provided free to guests is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park, located a level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. With its location adjacent to the harbour and in the centre of the village, Grade 2 listed Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. The Old Dairy, “a unique, romantic retreat”

The Old Dairy is a beautiful self-contained little cottage with a secluded patio & sunny garden enjoying stunning views. Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome well behaved dogs.

Hot Tub Fully enclosed garden Pet Friendly Log Burner Secluded location King Sized Bed The Old Dairy is a stunning and characterful property located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Grampound, nestled between grazing fields and woodland. 15 minutes drive to the beach, close to the Lost Gardens, Eden Project, and The Hidden Hut. The property provides a luxury retreat, perfect for couples, and is pet friendly. It has it's own private fully enclosed garden, hot tub and parking.

Tig’s Barn

Tig's Barn is a beautiful high quality newly converted detached barn near the Historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula. Open plan living with Heating, wood stove, shower room, stairs to mezzanine with king size bed and panoramic views. Outside area: private gated parking with EV charger ( charges apply) patio with BBQ and garden. Local beaches 10 minutes drive , centrally placed for Gardens and Attractions. Ideally situated for exploring both North and South Cornwall.

The Anchorage, Portmellon, Mevagissey

The Anchorage is a stunning, private, cliff-top house with uninterrupted sea views. Two minutes walking down the hill takes you to Portmellon Beach and The Rising Sun pub. Ten to fifteen minutes stroll takes you into Mevagissey, a lovely picturesque fishing village. There are a variety of boat trips, a maritime museum and aquarium. There are cosy pubs, seafood restaurants and local craft shops. The surrounding coastline offers lovely scenic walks along the South West Coast Path

The Gig House

A perfect couple’s retreat, a short stroll from the harbour. This rustic, charming and unique little house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeping two, in a sumptuous king-size bed with new fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The outside cobbled space has seating and space to park. The Gig House is dog friendly and an ideal location to explore wonderful walks, beaches and cycling routes, as well as some charming pubs and tasteful restaurants.

Charlestown harbourside cottage with parking

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

Countryside Studio with welcome pack

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.

Kingfisher Cottage at Nansladron Farm is a beautifully furnished & cosy self-contained cottage in the grounds of our 16th century grade II listed farmhouse. View our FB page 'Nansladron Farm' for more pictures & information about the local area. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We have a fogging machine with anti-coronavirus products that we use before every check-in.
