Perfect Location. Newer house- Kayaks, Bikes, Toys

Bright, clean, quiet, comfy, cute, private home in the perfect South Sandpoint location. Less than a block to; 2 parks, public water access and Memorial Field, the home of The Festival at Sandpoint. Bikes, kayaks included. A short stroll or bike ride to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Full grocery store a few blocks away as well as 2 convenient stores. Front and back covered decks, private secluded back sitting/BBQ area. Covered off-street parking. The most desirable area of Sandpoint.

Great downtown Sandpoint location!

Centrally located South Sandpoint house, only 4 blocks from the Lake & Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) & within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, brew pubs, coffee shops & Sandpoint City Beach! The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with tub/shower & washer/dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 1 off street parking spot & street parking, fenced back yard with gas grill, patio furniture & umbrella.

Downtown w/ Views of Lake & Park w/ Hot Tub

This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. With all the best Cd’A has to offer at your fingertips: beaches, woodland trails, parks, & a picturesque downtown; all a short neighborhood walk away. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.

Desirable Sanders Beach cottage, located in an upscale district of town close to Sherman Ave and in middle of all downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer. Newer home features 1 bed & 1 bath with sofa sleeper in living room. Immaculately clean, convenient and includes hot tub, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, Fiber-Optic high-speed Wi-Fi/Internet (650-700 Mbps on avg.), gas grill, Cornhole, soft linens & plush robes & towels, and even sandals for guests to use to and from the the hot tub.

Cleanest remodeled home in Coeur d'Alene!*5 Stars*

Clean, comfortable 1 story house with two private master suites only steps away from the Prairie Trail, which connects to the Centennial Trail system. Less than 5 miles from Lake Coeur d'Alene and the Spokane River. There is a jogger stroller in the garage for guests to use if you want to explore the miles of walking trails in the neighborhood, or throughout COEUR d’Alene. Huge House of Fun in CDA, close to everything!

Perfect spot to host a large gathering. Board Games, Yard Games, Video Games, and a Movie Room! 6 bedrooms with 5 Queen Beds and 6 Twin Beds. You will never run out of fun activities while staying at this house. We constantly refresh the board games and yard games. Large yard with Corn hole, fire pit, BBQ, and more! Your hosts are only minutes away if you need anything or have questions. High-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and 2 vintage arcade games are provided. Hablo español.

Lake Street Cottage ~Walk to town~ Bikes Included!

Sunlight streams through many windows in this clean, comfortable, 4/5 bedroom plus private loft 3 bath home that is perfect for family vacations. The main house has 3 bedrooms with a 4th "bedroom" (loft space separated by a privacy curtain.) A 5th Bedroom and full bathroom above the detached garage that is available for an additional cost of $125.00 per night. Quality linens, dishes, furnishings and supplies abound, there are no hand me downs in this well stocked cottage!

Bright Family Friendly Gem - Walkable to DT CDA

This charming 3/2 bungalow is ideally situated in Midtown, only two blocks from bars, restaurants, and parks. It's centrally located in Coeur d'Alene and a quick 10-minute walk to the lake. 35 minutes to Silverwood theme park and located within an hour and a half radius from four major ski and snowboard resorts: Schweitzer Mountain, Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, and Mount Spokane. A large privacy fence and a private patio for you to enjoy the warm evenings.

3rd & Lake In Town - 24 mins to Schweitzer

Welcome to your fantastic vacation rental home in Sandpoint. This is a nicely updated house with smart touches everywhere.
