Our house is always ready to host families, couples at any time of the year, also for peoples who is looking adventures. The house has 2 fireplaces, one on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor, provided with firewood. Also, our guests can, by prior arrangement, order Georgian dishes, which are in the photos and taste them both for the New Year and at any time you wish (by prior arrangement). Our goal is to make our guests happy. that's why we are here

We are located in the spectacular village of Patara Mitarbi, 23 km away from Borjomi. Currently, the road from the town of Kimotesubani is closed, therefore you have to come through Bakuriani. Our facility is in the middle of the breathtaking Lesser Caucasus Mountains and has spectacular views of nature.

Newly refurbished luxury apartment in heart of Borjomi. Luxury bathroom with Grohe Rainshower. Two bedrooms with two comfortable beds in each bedroom. Fully fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Sitting room with one sofa bed and one folding bed. Beautiful view of mountains. Outside: covered terrace and well maintained gardens. Very close from Museum, supermarkets, train and bus stations and famous Borjomi park.

"Sweet home" is located near the main road at the entrance to the city of Borjomi near the Mtkvari River, 1.5 km from the center. The house and furniture in the house are made of environmentally friendly materials. It also has a veranda and a garage. The house is a studio with a dining area and full kitchen equipment, 1 bedroom, 1 toilet, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating, refrigerator, washing machine.

Apartment in the city center with a gorgeous view.

Spacious and bright apartment on the 14th floor in the center of Borjomi with an unforgettable view of the mountains. The house is located on the bank of the mountain river Mtkvari, a 10-minute walk from the park and the famous spring of mineral waters. The railway station and restaurants with excellent Georgian cuisine are only 4-5 minutes from the house.
