Can Sion is a short drive from the picturesque towns of Pollensa (2min), Puerto Pollensa (8min) and Alcudia (10min), with convenient 35 minute access to the airport and Palma.

It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

The house is situated in a residential area called El Barcarés of Alcúdia. this area is known as for its tranquility and for its proximity to the village of Alcúdia (1 km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with products typical of the island of Mallorca.
