A short walk away, Ocean Beach is a long and wide sandy beach excellent with for beach fun and for experienced surfers (watch out for strong rip tides) to catch waves. Look up at the famous Cliff House and Camera Obscura

A monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. One of only a few surviving structures from the Exposition, it is the only one still situated on its original site.

Great museum!. A short steep walk from our house or take a longer more scenic route to approach from the Lands end trail
They have extensive collections of arts from many of famous artists. I am sure you will recognize one or two or all of them! Only $15 for admission. Beautiful views from outside
Oh don't forget to take a picture with the thinker while you are there. Also check out the memorial where the first Japanese ship arrived in the US.
