The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

This beautifully presented chalet is within an old vineyard in a woodland area on the outskirts of Ryde ,with stunning views around the property. Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

Our cottage

We have a Recently refurbished 2x bedroom flat which was part of our home, it has it's own entrance with parking space on private drive . The flat also has a kitchen , bathroom , separate shower and lounge . Our house is situated in a quiet location and a 5min drive to our local town which is Ryde. We are on a bus route to many other destinations around the island. Approximately 15mins drive from Fishbourne car ferry , 30mins from east cowes car ferry and 60mins from Yarmouth car ferry.

This lovely comfy lodge which is finished to a modern, high standard and eco friendly, is ideal for a staycation. Our cosy 2 bedroom cottage is tucked away within 10 min walking distance to the seafront and 2 mins walk to local transport, restaurants and bars. Lovely modern interior , with a nice garden FROM TODAY ON WIFI IS NOW INSTALLED !. PLEASE NOTE no parking in Bank Gardens but parking nearby , 2 min walk. UPDATE COVID-19.IMPORTANT . GUESTS COMING FROM ABROAD NEED TO CHECK WHETHER YOU ARE ALLOWED TO AND HAVE A VALID NEGATIVE TEST .no hidden cameras anywhere in the cottage rest assured.

This self-contained apartment has a light & airy feel with a modern kitchen space and breakfast bar. It is perfectly equipped for long/short breaks. It has modern comfortable furnishings and a smart TV, fast WiFi. It has a bright modern shower room with a relaxing rainfall shower. There is a small balcony-patio with garden table and chairs for use in favourable weather. There is a utility area offers a washing machine and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
