Situated on a quiet country road this adorable home on one wooded acre has lovely mountain views and a peaceful setting. Conveniently located near the top ski and mountain bike attractions, incredible trails, resorts, and the towns of Woodstock, Middlebury, Killington, Pico, and Rutland. This historic property has been in existence since 1832 and has been lovingly maintained with a backdrop of the Adirondacks beyond the picturesque pasture. This one bedroom apartment is located downstairs in the two story duplex.

Cozy ranch house in an historic working apple orchard. Located on RT 4 in Mendon, we are just 6 miles from Pico and 11 miles from Killington ski areas. Great restaurants are just 3 miles down the road in Rutland. Shop in our store and bakery, stroll our orchard and visit the chickens, all while enjoying some spectacular views.
