Our family had a wonderful time at Heidi and Steph's place to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Heidi and Steph really made us feel like at home. They're the most wonderful hosts we've ever met. The view from the front porch, facing the river, is beautiful. Great place for fishing and enjoying the beauty of nature. We caught 6 trouts in two days. Yay! Thank you for showing us the spots and for everything else that made our trip an amazing one.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay and adored the kitchen. It was definitely a chefs kitchen deep in the mountains, exactly what we were looking for. The home was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we could have needed. Christian who showed us around was such a pleasure to talk to and very helpful in telling us about the property and surrounding area. We would love to come back to this cabin!

This place was amazing! There was a waterfall right outside our cabin and was the perfect spot for relaxing. The bathrooms are clean and there was hot water in the shower! Truly off grid and felt very private. 10/10 recommend!

We loved staying here when we visited Redwoods National Park. The very private hot tub in dense woods with a nice view of the night sky was a true delight after a hard day of hiking. DeVon was very helpful when we ran into a few hiccups over a holiday weekend!

Nice little cabins in a quiet, but easily accessible location. Quick walk down to town for food/coffee.

If you have this place on your wish list or are considering staying here, DO IT! It's one of the most amazing AirBNBs we've ever stayed at. The home is lovely, the location was spectacular and the pool just takes the cake. We were a group of two families (4 adults and 4 kids aged 2-8) Plenty of room for all of us. We visited during a time of bad weather which was fine because the house is so cozy and there was plenty for us to do at the property. The location is the perfect launch pad for lots of outdoor adventures. On the days we stayed in, the kids were easily able to busy themselves with all the activities and games in the house. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked well enough to support the meals we made! We stopped in Redding on the way in to get our groceries (as a heads up there isn't a grocery store nearby!) The neighbor was so helpful and even had some firewood available for us when we arrived. Can't wait to come back!

There aren’t a lot of reasonably-priced places to stay in the area, and this facility met all my expectations and then some. This RV campground is great for kids - it has a pool, game room with a couple of arcade games (bring quarters), mini golf and I think a frisbee course. We didn’t stay long enough to use them, but my kids would have been thrilled to have a day just to play. The cabin itself was just as advertised, clean and fine for 3-4 people. The kitchen had a microwave and mini fridge, but no stove. That was fine, since I just used our camp stove outside on the picnic table. Downsides - 5$ a load for the washing machine, and it only took quarters. A change machine would be nice for when the office is closed. There were two massive generators on wheels running on the property, so I suspect something was wrong with the electrical service. I was appreciative of the electricity, but they were LOUD! Otherwise, I enjoyed our stay, and would come here again.

Stayed at a cabin for the long weekend around Valentine's day. Wonderful property and location, right on the river. Charles is a wonderful host and helped out with local recommendations. Great place for a weekend getaway, pretty close to Richardson's Grove State Park, Humboldt as well. Avenue of the Giants is like a 20 minute drive away and it is right on the US 101.

Drew's cabin is very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for a getaway out of the city. I really enjoyed staring up at the stars one of the nights! It's definitely a bit out there, but in the best way.

I think our host was actually a black cat. The very friendly and affectionate cat greeted us on arrival (Charles had sent excellent instructions and was flexible on when we arrived). The cat and my daughter immediately bonded thanks to much petting. The cat showed us to our cabin (which was better than the pictures with two redwood trees growing through the porch and more redwood trees as part of the view down to the Eel River). I spent many hours hanging out on that porch reading and working (thank you very fast Starlink) and petting the cat. She was very well trained not to enter the cabin, which was comfortable and had plenty of space. We also enjoyed being able to use the lodge kitchen and games and bigger tables and porches. We spent a week immersed in the redwoods and this cabin was the perfect place to stay. We did meet Charles, who told us the cat is named Beyoncé.

Great little cabin with everything you need, right next to the Trinity River. Fantastic grounds and store and great campers!

We stayed two nights and everything was great! The place was spacious and comfy with a well equipped kitchen, great shower and a really good bed. It was the perfect jumping off place for us to go hiking in the state forest. There were even beach towels that came in super handy for a cold plunge in the river! Thanks for an awesome stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s directly on the Avenue of the Giants and it’s close to everything to do around Humboldt. The house was very peaceful and beautifully decorated. It had everything needed for cooking. The place really is beautiful with redwoods right there to admire and all. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Humboldt… which we hope we do because it’s beautiful.

Another great stay at Justin’s little cabin for my annual steelhead trip. Amazing location, cozy/comfortable = solid value.

Wonderful Stay at The Round House Our stay at The Round House in Trinity Village was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Gail, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself is charming, and well-maintained, with plenty of unique touches that give it a cozy, inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the saltwater pool—We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and taking in the stunning views. Gail was the perfect host, and thoughtful without being intrusive. She provided everything we needed for a comfortable an and relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend The Round House for anyone visiting Trinity Village. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or a place to unwind with family and friends, this is the perfect spot!

The house is beautiful - clean and welcoming - we felt right at home! The kitchen is well equipped - and part of the great room that looks out onto the river - The beds are big and comfortable - very luxurious - If you are not familiar with the area- Wi-Fi is spotty - but that is par for the course when you are out this far - There is Ping pong and games to keep everyone entertained- We will definitely book again!

What a beautiful cottage to stay in. In such a dreamy area. Cassandra welcomed us upon us pulling into the driveway. She’s so kind and had a bouquet to greet us. There were also flowers inside in multiple places. It’s honestly even cuter in person. Heaters work great and furniture is comfortable. Lighting in the evening is so cozy and warm. We didn’t end up having time to light a fire before we left but I’m sure that’s such a treat. Great place to rest after busy days. Highly recommend this stunning cottage.

A very comfortable little place in a stunningly beautiful location. It has all of the amenities you would need or want, and it’s not as isolated as it seems, Willow Creek is a 15 minute drive (barring road work on 299). Very comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, surprisingly roomy inside. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Seems like a nice little sleepy family neighborhood. The Trinity Alps are amazing and this is a great place to stay while you explore the area.

Awesome Spot and awesome hosts

We totally loved the house!! The total Humboldt experience! Beautiful views!! The outside was amazing!! Green potted plants everywhere with awesome deck all around the house. So many cool little spots with seating and buddahs, crystals, sea shells plants, plants, and more plants! Loved the rustic flooring with rugs. Loved the paintings in all the rooms it made the house feel loved! We were here for a family wedding at Black sand beach in Shelter Cove. So my family that stayed here was so stoked and repeatedly said it was an awesome find and we'd all love to return. The wood burning stove was a nightly highlight! It was perfect!! Thank you Elizabeth for sharing your fantastic beach house! And the family deers in the area was a treat to watch every day not to mention the very friendly cat that hung out with us . we all loved Gyppo Brewery a short walk down the road. Delicious food and beer!
