A few steps from all restaurants and cafes. From your private upstairs suite, enjoy the unrestricted views and savour this Paradise for yourselves. The suite is situated on a private property and not available to guest’s visitors. We charge no extra cleaning fee and appreciate our guests keeping the suite clean.

Clean, Private and Peaceful Tangaroa Lodge

You’ll love our place it's peaceful and private. You'll find it's been recently refurbished and is a very tidy self contained guest house with rural views from your back deck, the sea views can seen from the front of the units driveway. We are in a quiet and safe area, a great base to explore the Bay of Islands. Swimming beach within walking distance. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers. Everything supplied, complete kitchen, bbq, linen, etc just bring yourself and your personal affects.

The Hibiscus Suite Paihia, unit by the sea!

Enjoy this beautiful one bedroom unit, (located below main residence), with stunning views over Paihia. Easy walk to beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants. Spacious living with queen sized bedroom, fold out sofa-bed in lounge sleeps four. Bathroom, laundry and outdoor area. TV with Freeview and CDs. Unlimited Wifi Kitchenette with toaster, jug, microwave, fridge, electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker and air fryer. Plenty of books, DVDs and board games. Private driveway and entrance.

Bay of Islands

Bay of Islands is the Birthplace of NZ. All sightseeing tours go from here. Every point of interest in Northland is visited in a day trip from here. Stay a week, use our place as your base. You’ll love our place because of the location in a peaceful and quiet street, 1.2 km away from all the hubbub and noise associated with being right in the heart of Paihia (especially in holiday season). Our place is close to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and dining, walking tracks, cruises and tours.

Moana Vista

Private, peaceful with stunning views.... yet, Oh so close to town! Moana Vista is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment just a short stroll to all Paihia has to offer while still providing an elevated retreat with ever changing views of the town and bay. Situated in a small side road with no through traffic this newly renovated, double glazed, fully stocked, home-away-from-home is only a couple of minutes walk to Paihia central with restaurants, shops and tourist activities on your doorstep.

The Captain's Cove

Welcome Aboard our self-contained unit for 4 people. Hosts live above. Plenty of parking for boat and 6 minutes to the sea, hook up a catch for the day. Come and relax in the bay, with lots to do and see, including the local trike tour rides for a different wave! If summer doesn't inspire a near clinical obsession with the water, then we don't know what does! Enjoy your visit & may all who enter as guests leave as friends. Included 1st days necessities for your pleasure.
