Lovely peaceful place to stay. Authentic Japanese theme makes a refreshing and interesting cultural change. Care and love has gone into creating the Wabi Sabi Sanctuary.

Fantastic cottage! It’s our second time staying here as we love it so much! The hot tub is very private and the log fire makes it really cosy! The cottage was very clean & today with everything you could need! Will definitely be booking to come back a third time!

The accomodation was just what we needed. We mainly booked this because of the hot tub. The accomodation supplied everything we needed. And the host was pro active with check in and check out instructions.

Great stay with hot tub and open fire! If you're looking for a romantic getaway and country walks on your door step with great pubs, this is your place! So well equipped from kitchen to robes and slippers. Warm, homely and private. really enjoyed our stay.

Our group had a wonderful stay in this property. A beautiful historical house, cosy kitchen and fireplace to play board games in front of (or watch the rugby instead). Corner store was easily walkable, so too the local pub (we recommend the Crown). Perfect place to catch a break.

Farthing Cottage was an absolute dream for a lover of all things English, Cadbury and cottage garden style. I arrived very late due to a train delay. Louise was very communicative and concerned on my behalf. She had lights on when I arrived. First thing on the spot - Malteser bunnies under a cake dome with chocolate easter egg cake! How did she know about me and maltesers/Cadbury! A welcome card also greeted me. The cottage has 17th century beams, lending a warm and cosy atmosphere. The fireplace had to be original and was gorgeous. Plenty of books, brochures and an instruction sheet. Living room was so cosy, I could have stayed there forever. Lovely furnishings. The master bedroom was sublime. Beautiful duvet and the bedframe appeared right out of Laura Ashley. Great bed and wonderful sleep. Louise couldn't have been more kind. Lovely neighbors. I couldn't get over that I could look out the window and see Jane Austen's house! My eyes welled up when it was time to go.

We had a really good stay at Suzanne’s house. We were a party of 3 adults, 1 year old and a Labrador. Plenty of room with a lovely open plan space downstairs with very comfy seating in front of a great TV. The house was as described and in a lovely location just next to the river and across the road from Kew Green. The house is Suzanne’s home which was a bit strange as it does feel a bit intrusive, but it is clearly advertised as such and didn’t cause us any problems. Also lovely that it is dog friendly with loads of great dog walks near by. Thank you.

Carina was a good host and always available without being intrusive. The property is well priced and cosy with all the amenities required for an extended stay with lots to do on the doorstep in the beautiful area as well easily accessible links to the motorways to travel further afield. We visited the place and used it as a base as a family of 5 and spent a lot of the time out of the property as we were visiting family in the area. The amenities were great and we were able to wash the kids clothes that were getting dirty from all the outdoor activities available on the doorstep, we did a fair bit of walking in the surrounding country trails and went to legoland which is close by, the local pub was within walking distance and served fantastic food at a great price. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodation and host and would welcome another visit here, if I was to add a constructive appraisal would perhaps look to update the soft furnishings for a enhanced experience.

We had a lovely stay at Jo’s place. There are so many lovely walks you can do without driving anywhere as this is right on Ashdown Forest. The place itself was absolutely lovely. The most comfortable bed and very tastefully furnished and clean. A real home from home! It was lovely to meet Jo and we will definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, modern house. Beautiful walks from the house and a rather excellent pub a few doors down. A quiet and peaceful location.

Idyllic cottage for weekend in Oxfordshire, with outstanding pub within walking distance, and very foodie area near Le Manoir. Very comfortable and welcoming, great kitchen for cooking, gorgeous garden for spring afternoons. Loved the little office space too. We did not want to leave! (Though when we did, it was only 6 miles to the center of Oxford.)

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Jacqueline's Cottage truly lived up to all expectations set forth from previous reviews. The surroundings are peaceful and idyllic, and she has created a "suburban retreat" within SevenOaks. The cottage is very well kept and appointed, and there is very little to desire that has not already been provided, right down to the fresh-baked bread and goodie basket awaiting your arrival. We would recommend the cottage to families, couples, or mature friends traveling together. If you like to enjoy the countryside with walks in the fields, I'd imagine you won't find better. Very ideal for a weekend getaway, long-term stay, or visiting your boarding Sennockian.

We had great pleasure in staying in Judith's lovely cottage for three nights, wished it had been longer. It was so cosy and comfortable, it had everything we needed. This is quite a unique little find. Would love to return.

We had such a cozy, lovely and wonderful stay at Apple Tree Cottage! The cottage is exactly as pictured in the photos and the amenities are wonderful. We loved that there was plenty of wood to use both fireplaces and the fully stocked kitchen. The welcome basket from Julia and Tony was a kind touch and we loved the fresh eggs! My husband also loved the BBQ in the patio. We met both Julia and Tony and they were very friendly. Another plus the local pub just a 1 minute walk from the cottage - we had a great meal there. We also loved the quiet surroundings and went on a beautiful country walk. Julia was very responsive with any questions. This is a great location if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning area. It’s also perfect for a small group of friends or family. Thank you so much, Julia and Tony! We hope we’ll visit again soon. :)

My family and I were in Esher visiting friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with this cottage. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays and was a warm and inviting retreat from the British cold. It's very private, spacious (for our family of 4) and has all of the amenities that one would need for their stay. The communication process through the entire booking process and stay was excellent. If you are in the area and looking for a great rental, this is the place. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We verbleven hier met ons jonge gezin. De perfecte locatie voor een bezoek aan LEGOLAND, Windsor Castle en een leuk boottochtje over de Thames. Heerlijk gegeten in de leuke restaurantjes in de buurt! We hebben genoten!

We had a wonderful stay in Angie's cottage. There are many beautiful walks nearby and Angie provides lots of tips and maps to help guests explore the nearby countryside. The cottage is beautifully furnished with a log burner that heats the whole place. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need and there's coffee, milk, bread and other generous touches waiting for you on arrival. Really recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, we'll definitely return when we can. Angie was attentive and helpful at every turn.
