Keloparitalon puolikkaan 64,5 neliön lisäksi tilava n. 20 neliön parvi, joka tekee mökistä kokoistaan huomattavan tilavamman (kts. kuvista). Mökki on Rukatunturin läheisyydessä noin viiden kilometrin päässä Kuusamon suuntaan, joten sopii rauhallisuutta arvostavalle mutta Rukan palveluita kaipaavalle.
