The Quart
Weston sub Edge is a small village close to the start of the Cotswold Way, 20 minutes from the home of Shakespeare at Stratford Upon Avon, two miles from Chipping Campden and its Music and Literature Festivals, Broadway, Longborough Opera, Daylesford, and National Trust properties. We are perfectly located for walking and exploring. Do bring your dog but please don't leave them on their own in The Quart. Transport is essential as we are very rural and taxis and buses aren't always available.

Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace
This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Accommodation comprises of a bijou bedroom, en-suite bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities with independent access.

The Garden Room
Newly built comfortable annexe connected to the side of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse. Double bedroom with lovely beams. Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

MK City Centre~Diamond Suite~PREMIUM~Free Parking
Situated in Central Milton Keynes on Upper Fourth Street is the exquisite "Diamond Suite," a 2-bedroom apartment of unparalleled luxury. The suite benefits from a media wall, an expansive kitchen island with high-spec Neff appliances. Enjoy using our foosball table, and retreat to bedrooms adorned with wall-to-ceiling diamond designs. Both bedrooms feature shower rooms, and the zip & link king-size beds offer customizable comfort. Boasting over 800sq ft, this oversized sanctuary is a rarity.

The Loft at Newnham Lodge
In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The Rabbit Hutch
Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Clock Cottage Self contained Rutland Rural Retreat
Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.

Wonderful grade 2 listed first floor apartment, tastefully decorated, fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Entrance hall/office space. New fully fitted Dining kitchen. New Bathroom with bath and separate shower. Large lounge. Bed 1 - king size bed. Bed 2 - 2 single beds. 2 off road parking spaces. It's an ideal base for shopping and eating out in Ashby. The apartment is located on a quiet street which is a two minute walk from the centre and main Market Street.

The Old Coach House
The Old Coach House has been rebuilt in 2019 and has been fitted to a high standard for our guests. The accommodation offers everything you could need for a break. Although situated in the main street in Polesworth it is quiet due to the additional insulation in both walls and glazing. The accommodation is situated ideally to explore the Midlands and is not far from Drayton Manor Themepark. Cleaned weekly by professional cleaners - more frequent cleans can be arranged.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds
The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Should you have any questions about the local area do message or knock on the door when you're here and we will answer these.

Dorridge home with a view.
Near the Railway pub and Dorridge cricket club, this large Edwardian House has beautiful gardens and a wildlife reserve all of which can be used by guests. It is handy for local transport with a bus stop at the bottom of the drive and a bus to Solihull every hour. Dorridge station is a 15 minute walk with trains to Birmingham Moor Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, and London Marylebone. The NEC and Resorts World are 15 minutes by car.
