Huset har en dejlig solrig have med trampolin, gynge, fodboldmål og ligger i naturskønt område tæt på Vedbæk Strand ( 2 km) og med udsigt og gåafstand til skoven. Der er kun 20 min til Kbh og alle dets seværdigheder, 15 min til Kunstmuseum Louisiana og 20 min til Helsingør. Kom og nyd roen i denne kystperle.
