Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for couples and solo adventurers. (Self-catering breakfast baskets available upon request, £22 veggie/£25 meaty)

Perfect for the nature lover or just to spend a relaxing day on the beach, only 2 minutes away. Visit Minsmere, Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Dunwich, Snape, Southwold, Framlingham, Orford and many more, all on our doorstep!

The Old Stable at Manor House, Middleton

This cozy, compact accommodation adjoins the original barn at Manor House, a C16 grade II listed farmhouse on the edge of the quiet countryside village of Middleton. An ideal place for couples or solo travellers to explore the best of Suffolk's Heritage Coast with Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick just a short drive away and the coastlines many ‘AONB’s as well as several ‘Sites of Special Scientific Interest’ - and literally just down the road from the RSPB’s flagship Minsmere.

In the heart of the conservation area surrounded by some of the country's finest nature reserves, it is an ideal location for enjoying country and coastal activities from your doorstep. Southwold and Aldeburgh are both a short drive away.

Snug studio in the idyllic Alde Valley, Suffolk

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Spacious self-contained cabin.Halesworth Southwold

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. The Cabin is one of two rustic holiday cabins set within a wildlife garden - please see the photos.

The Old Lamp Room. Self contained annexe

The Old Lamp Room used to store the lamps for the lighthouse until it became automatic. It is now an annexe to the old Lighthouse Keeper’s Cottage, which is our family home. Guests have their own front door and are free to use the small front courtyard garden which has a bistro table and chairs. Situated up a small path, behind the lighthouse and moments from the beach. The high street with its shops, restaurants and pubs is a 5 minute stroll away. An ideal cosy bolt hole.

NEWLY INSTALLED WIFI AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGE UNIT. Moo Cottage is a converted cattle building set on a country estate, nestled slightly inland from the Heritage Coast, and midway between Southwold and Aldeburgh. It is one of the region’s very best kept secrets. Rookery Park, Yoxford is a place of great natural beauty, situated in the ‘garden of Suffolk’. Moo Cottage is a perfect location for a peaceful break where you can relax, be comfortable and feel warmly welcomed.

Rose Cottage

Near the Sea and RSPB Minsmere Bird reserve also the towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold. The cottage has fields in-front filled with alpacas and behind fields of cereals.We have off road Parking, under floor heating. Private Patio garden and shared access to a large garden. We supply all bedding and the 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 with a fully equipped Kitchen. From July 23 we have built a another holiday home next door called Lilac cottage. This cottage sleep 6 people.

Locally offers 2 pubs , sweffling & Rendham . & 20 minutes from the delightful coastal town of Aldeburgh .

Shepherds hut Westleton/Minsmere, Suffolk Coast

We live just outside the pretty village of Westleton, a five minute drive to Dunwich beach and a short bike ride to the RSPB Minsmere. Southwold and Aldeburgh are also close by. The Shepherds hut has its own field, full of wild flowers and wildlife with beautiful views across the fields. On a clear night stargazing is breathtaking and most mornings the bird song will wake you! This is simple living!
