Self-Contained Cammeray Guesthouse near CBD and Beaches

Sit back on the sun-drenched veranda of this cosy period house and take in the sweeping views across Green Park. All rooms are spacious and come with all the essentials to make you feel at home. As hosts with a young family, we occupy part of the property and share a common wall with the guesthouse. However, the AirBnB is private, has a separate entrance and shares no common areas. This self-contained guesthouse is part of a gracious federation family home on a corner block with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with a built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is a combined living/dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside verandah/deck. The space is flexible and perfect for business travellers, young families and couples looking to enjoy the best parts of Sydney. We have an air mattress and crib, which we’ll include or remove based on your sleeping requirements. You’ll feel just like you’re at home away from home! Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas and direct access to Green Park from the outside veranda accessible via a side entrance. This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. Across the road from the house is Greens Park, which boasts a playground, public tennis courts, and basketball hoops. Cammeray golf course is practically on the doorstep as well, and there's a huge array of cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. Cammeray is an excellent location with immediate access in all directions by car. There is plenty of all day parking on the street just outside our place. Public transport is a breeze into the City, North Sydney and Mosman. It's even an easy walk to & from North Sydney, Neutral Bay & Crows Nest for work or play. The kitchenette comes equipped with a bar fridge, microwave / oven, 2x induction hot plates, toaster, jug and necessities.

Walk to the Beach from a Leafy Paradise in Mosman

This modern 75sqm self contained apartment is part of a luxury home with its own private entrance. It has one bedroom with built in wardrobe and desk. The Living area is combined living dining and kitchenette leading to a large outside deck. Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. Suitable for older children or couples at an additional cost

300 metres to every amenity in Lane Cove Village

Convenient & private, 300 mtrs from shopping, bars, restaurants & supermarket, City express bus at front door during peak travel times. The space is downstairs area of our townhouse & consists of bedroom, private lounge, bathroom & courtyard (NO KITCHEN) coffee maker, kettle & bar fridge provided together with tea & coffee, cereal, milk or yoghurt & fruit. You wont need a kitchen with so many dining/take away options within a few minutes walk. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THEIR IS NO MICROWAVE OR TOASTER

Artist's haven Cottage with garden

Funky, serene historic weatherboard cottage, a French/Australian artist's home located in the quiet area of Rozelle village. With sun-drenched patio directly off the kitchen, and below beautiful, lushes green garden to relax in. 2 bedrooms on the street level double beds, 1 large bedroom in the attic queen bed, one piano room single bed. Up the road (5 min walk) shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Rozelle Collectors Market every weekend. Buses on Victoria rd to Sydney city centre in 10 minutes.

Private 4 room suite - incl bfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Camp Cove Tropical Retreat at Watsons Bay

A spacious contemporary apartment with a large under cover verandah, and private tropical garden. The living area is filled with natural light and looks out to a beautiful and tranquil palm-filled garden. We are located 100m from beautiful Camp Cove Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the Watsons Bay ferry service accessing harbour suburbs and the CBD - just 20 minutes away. If you are attending a wedding or getting married we are a short stroll to all of Watsons Bay's wedding venues.

Mosman retreat close to harbour

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Warm and cosy in the winter, in the warmer months be sure to enjoy the heated pool. This lovely little apartment offers a beautiful natural and peaceful escape.
