Our house has a lot to offer for couples, family gatherings and friendly catch ups. Located behind the Rosaapenna hotel, it is set between two sandy beaches: Downings and Tramore. It has a striking view of and is set in an area of natural beauties. It is a great place to get away to relax and unwind.

Located in Downings, just yards from the beach and a 2min walk from the Harbour Bar, this is ideally placed as a base for holidaying in this popular seaside village. From the front bedroom balcony there are views over the pier and Sheephaven Bay. All the amenities of the village, shops, pubs, hotels etc are literally on your door front and Rosapenna Golf Club is only a short walk away. The house will comfortably sleep 8 people . Private parking available on site.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
