We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

El departamento es muy lindo y está muy bien ubicado realmente a pasos de la playa. Muy cerca de negocios y restaurantes. Tiene una vista espectacular a la Marina. Estaba muy limpio y con un kit de recepción (papel, jabón, etc suficiente para nuestra estadía). Tuvimos un problema con la sombrilla que fue resuelto inmediatamente. Lo único que creo que es importante que el aviso mencione claramente es que el segundo dormitorio es interno (no tiene ventana) .

My family and I loved this shore house rental. From the spacious accommodations (2 bedrooms perfect for my 10 and 8 year old daughters, respectively; and a full master suite on the upper level for my wife and me) to the extra beach amenities (beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and bikes) and games to play with the family — this was a perfect backdrop for our stay. Kudos to our host!

We didn't arrive until dark; the unit was a little hard to find. The carport parking space was extremely tight for our truck. The unit was very well decorated inside and every space was utilized perfectly. It was clean and well maintained. We had several activities planned but we ended up just staying there, hanging out with others and relaxing. I sat on the dock every morning drinking my tea, watching the water. We felt like we were secluded from things for a short time. Dinner out was as much as we wanted to leave there. Publix was very close so that made it easy to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. The only thing that would have made it better is if we brought our boat and kayaks. Bring a book, lay out by the water, watch the dolphins, and even manatees go by. Others were fishing. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

The stay was fantastic and even as locals looking for a beach weekend, we enjoyed the space. Loulia was wonderfully communicative, and even apologetic about some construction due to the two hurricanes that hit our area last year. Easy to walk from the beach from the unit, and felt safe at night. Next time we are looking to have a beach weekend, we’ll definitely check to see if the space is available again! Awesome host and thanks for everything (including the delicious coffee)!!

This was hands down the most well equipped rental we have ever used. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. You can truly pack your clothes, arrive, relax. They are great communicators and extremely responsive. Highly recommend this unit!

We had an amazing stay at Mad Beach Cottage! The location is unbeatable—just 60 steps to the sand with no streets to cross. The cottage is cozy and perfect for families, with plenty of space. Everything in the cottage is well thought out for function and convenience. There are plenty thoughtful amenities like a well appointed kitchen, a pack-n-play, and beach toys. The heated pool and BBQ area were fantastic, and we loved being so close to John's Pass for dining and entertainment. The sunsets from the property were amazing! The host was the most responsive host I've ever communicated with on Airbnb. He was able to answer our questions in advance of the stay and provided almost immediate response when we had a question about parking at the property. There was a folder with clear instructions and information about the property, making check in and out a breeze! The host has clearly thought about everything, making this a stress-free, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay the house had everything and more that we could ask for very the pool was great and a short walk to the beach with several of our favorite restaurants within minutes we cannot wait to come back

What a gem this place is! The view is stunning, and you could not be closer to the beach and grocery story (3 min and 1 min walk, respectively). The pool is great, and you also enjoy the view of the bay while lounging there. We stayed with our 2 kids, including our 1 year old, so having the pack-and-play and high chair was very helpful. The closet is stocked with all that you need for the beach, including sand toys, a beach wagon and chairs. We look forward to coming back soon!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

We had a wonderful time, loved the condo and Treasure Island. The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me and my 2 daughters. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, just across the street. The beach is beautiful, we walked over every night to see the most gorgeous sunsets. We collected beautiful shells every AM. The pool was refreshing with beach towels and chairs provided. We enjoyed the patio at the condo which overlooks the pool. Jordyn was wonderful to work with and answered all questions we had very promptly. Nicest property manager I've ever worked with, we definitely will go back. And its close to the airport. We really enjoyed everything!

This house is amazing. I promise the photos do not do this property justice. This is one of the only homes we ever stayed in that had everything we needed for the entire stay. I will for sure be back on our next trip to the Tampa area.

My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 3) had the best time during a last-minute spring break trip from New Jersey. Tanya’s home was perfect for us- fully stocked with beach amenities including chairs, an umbrella, and an abundance of beach toys, shovels, and balls for the kiddos. The condo was immaculate and even more spacious than the photos depicted. Being right on the beach was super convenient, and we enjoyed the pool as well (the pool and pool deck was spotless and attended to throughout the day). We did some light cooking and the kitchen has everything you could need for a quick meal or something more complex. The area is full of great restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. My daughter wanted me to share that she has never seen a prettier sunset, too! We’ll be back!

Lovely corner unit overlooking the pool and beach. Very clean and comfortable living space. Convenient location with beach, restaurants, entertainment and pickleball all within walking distance. Everything you need for a lovely beach outing included with rental (i.e. chairs, umbrellas and beach cart). Pool and Jacuzzi were not overcrowded and poolside towels were a nice touch. Kurt was a great host. Clear check-in/out instructions were provided beforehand. Host maintained in contact, via text, throughout the stay. That you for sharing your lovely property with us. We will certainly be back.

Despite the fact that the condo building is still recovering from Hurricane Helene (the elevator and pool needed repairs and was not available to us); we still had a wonderful vacation at Samuel's condo! Large and spacious place, very clean, all the comforts of home. The location was perfect...the beach was steps away; restaurants and stores- a short drive. We absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our stay! This house is wonderful for quality family time! It’s just a short walk from many restaurants and things to do. The beach access was nice and private which we really appreciated! There were many nice beach chairs and beach towels which was really nice. The half bath in the downstairs storage area was really handy, no need to get your feet all cleaned up and go upstairs to the bathroom if you were hanging out on the beach! We really loved the spacious house. The bathrooms were super nice. The beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to just be aware of and careful for is the sand on the beach near the house still had debris and glass in it from the hurricane. You just need to watch where you walk. The hot tub and back patio were destroyed in the hurricane as well. But we totally understand it takes time to get this stuff up and running again. Glad to see the area thriving again! We love Madeira beach!

Just returned from 5 nights with our 11 and 16yo daughters at the Manatee property. It was wonderful. Everything was thought of and we literally needed to bring clothes and groceries. Gretchen was immediately responsive when I couldn’t unlock the door and was there any time I had a question. Super comfy beds and space for all four of us to be together (or not). Outdoor space was beautiful. The location was unbeatable. We could walk to the boardwalk for dinner and shopping or late night ice cream in five minutes. We were at the beach with everything we needed in the cart provided in under ten min walk. Perfect. If you need more there is a Publix and CVS within ten mins drive. When you first enter the neighborhood there are a few properties that look a little off but don’t let that bother you. We’re 95% sure it’s residual hurricane damage / problems and we would not hesitate to recommend it. Was a great warm getaway for this New England family and we would absolutely return!!

This place was absolutely perfect. The private beach was the highlight — quiet, clean, and just steps from the property. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. The home itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, even leaving some local treats for us when we arrived. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water or explore the area, this spot has it all. We’re already planning our next trip back!
