A quiet spot in a private neighborhood, adjacent to nearby shops, including Starbucks, Safeway, and restaurants. This guest suite is completely separate from the main house, with a full-size living room, bedroom, and bathroom. A full size desk with desk chair offer a great work space. Unwind, curl up on the couch, or get a great nights sleep among the trees. Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (fresh-ground coffee, cream, & sugar) are in-suite. (Please be aware, we do not have a kitchen)

The Bedroom has a full size bed with quality linens and a 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

Note: I've blocked some dates that can be made available, just message me. Welcome to our Cozy Studio Cottage! The cottage is located next to our property. You'll have the cottage all to yourself! We are at the end of a long cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood. Restaurants, shopping and concert halls are nearby. Feel free to book instantly. Four people are welcome but it's not really big so ask if you have questions. We look forward to your stay or return!!

Rambler's Roost

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.

Stocked with all the necessities... this RV is parked in the heart of Roseville. 5 min to the mall and 5 min to the many options of food around!! Very close to The Grounds Placer County ⭐️ Please be mindful, this RV is parked in our driveway close to our home. Cars and other street noise will be heard. ⭐️ Have your own cute space + kitchen all to yourself! PETS NOT ALLOWED
