Beautiful skyline views and full service amenities! This 2nd level suite is directly above popular independent bistro Fat Cats. Located on the Towpath Trail connecting downtown through the Cuyahoga River Valley for off-road hiking and biking. Explore the historic Tremont neighborhood and enjoy Lincoln Park. We'd love to cook seasonal farm fresh meals for you, or serve a drink from our craft bar. Open for LUNCH, DINNER, Saturday BRUNCH (closed Sunday). Chef/Owner Ricardo Sandoval is your host!

Conveniently located 1 bedroom upstairs guest suite right off I-90. Near the Lorain Antique market strip. 1 minute drive to Gordon Square arts district. 2 minutes to Edgewater beach. A mile to beautiful Ohio city and about 10 minutes to Downtown. Close to Lakewood for all their restaurants and unique shops. This apartment offers all the standard amenities in a colorful old-timey MCM decor to help make you feel right at home. Access through a private back entry via a hassle free electronic lock.

Close to Lake Erie, Ohio City, Tremont, airport. Comfy queen bed, walk in shower, and kitchen with mini fridge/freezer, cooktop. Large windows with natural light. Pet friendly. Very desirable area. Walk to city’s best restaurants, theaters, galleries, and coffee shops or drive/ride share downtown to sports/theaters. Great value!

Charming Tremont studio, walk to everything

Walk to some of Cleveland’s favorite restaurants in this centrally-located studio. Located on a quiet block in Tremont, you can relax in peace and comfort after exploring the city, hiking in the Metroparks, or spending time at Lake Erie (10-15 minute drive). The studio is located close to downtown, within a 15 minute drive of Cleveland Clinic/University Hospital and less than 10 minutes from Metro Hospital. This studio is located on the lower level of our home with a private entrance.

Perfect Studio Apartment in Heart of Tremont.

Enjoy your stay at this modern and newly updated, energy-efficient, spacious loft in the heart of Tremont, just a minute’s walk from all the bars, restaurants, cafès, parks, and vintage stores. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, central AC, a private furnished patio, the convenience of an in suite washer and drier, and a Nespresso coffee machine that is a coffee lover’s dream. The unit includes off-street parking for a small to medium sized car. We are pet friendly on a case-by-case basis.
