The back decking is Perfectly positioned on the cliff edge allowing for a perfect place to relax and soak up the sounds and view of the sea. Hidden Gem overlooking the sea . 1 minute walk to old Leigh bars , pubs and restaurants. As close to the beach as you can be. Modern decor with a log fire and a 7 seater Hot tub to enjoy the beautiful views of Leigh on Sea. New MicroCement Tiled Bathroom with Bath and Shower. The property will sleep 5 people comfortably it offers one large room with a king size bed. A single room with single bed and a large cozy sofa bed. Not a better spot for a trip away or a holiday in the area.

Exec Spec Holiday Home 5 Min Walk to Sandy Beach

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Beautiful sun sets and beach location with fantastic views. Long walks on the doorstep. Private entrance, tea and coffee facilities with fridge and microwave. Continental or full english breakfast available by arrangement. Access to an above ground swimming pool. The Bakehouse is close to the beach, restaurants and pubs, great for art and culture, family-friendly activities and beautiful walks with great views. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed and the coziness. My place is good for couples wanting a romantic weekend solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Beach Front House

Beach front house is a beautiful 2 bedroom house across the road from the beach . You come out of your front door turn to the right and you can see the sea a stones throw away with its own single parking space round the back . It has two large bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people . Beautiful all year round !
