This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The Bunker - Place of the stars

Rural retreat in Murdunna, the best kept secret on the Forrester Peninsula. A comfortable and charming open planned upcycled tiny home. Surrounded by a native garden and glimpses of water views across the bay. A short 2min walk to the water's edge. The use of Tasmanian timbers and re purposed materials makes the Bunker experience unique & memorable. The name Murdunna is believed to come from a local indigenous word meaning "place of the stars" Fur kids welcome 😻 we are fully fenced.

Possum's Nest - cosy, romantic and private

Possum's Nest is cosy beach side cottage 40 minutes south of Hobart and the airport. It's a compact eco-friendly home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stroll to the jetty to fish, paddle-board or kayak or take a short drive to some our best surfing beaches. Walk to the shop for supplies and take-aways, or 5 minutes drive to South Arm to a great cafe, RSL club and pharmacy. Within a stone's throw to a gorgeous quiet sandy beach Possum's Nest is the perfect getaway.

Waterfront 'Tupelo' with Sauna on Primrose Point

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery.
