We are nestled among the Douglas Firs and Western Cedars on a rock. We call it our treehouse. 5 minute drive, 25 min walk (hill involved) from the ferry/Cove/restaurants. 10 min walk to Miller's Landing Beach, wonderful swimming, overlooking the North Shore Mountains. 10 min walk to Crippen Regional Park! Nestled amongst huge cedars in an artist’s garden and just half a block from the Ocean, Cedar Grove Cottage is a wonderful space for romance and rejuvenation. The Cottage is a beautiful tiny house built by a Tibetan artisan, with a loft bed, pullout sofa, and kitchenette, private deck, BBQ, outdoor counter and sink, and outdoor shower. The Recently added post and beam bathhouse features a claw foot tub, in-floor heating and a large walk-in shower. Most comfortable for two adults.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years.
