The Deerbrook House

This centrally located home in Bettendorf, Iowa is minutes away from the Mississippi river via bike trail and an eight minute drive to the Bettendorf sports complex . If you’re coming into town with 14 to 16 family members or friends, this will make it an easy stay. We have a game room in the basement with a basketball court, hot tub, two fire pits, a putting Green, 20’x 8’ covered outdoor bar and grill and seating for 30 outside. There’s also a three person infrared sauna. Please, no pets.

Mississippi River House

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. If you're looking for a romantic getaway this house has everything you need for a wonderful time!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to the Mississippi River, Moline Airport, and local event venues. 5 minute drive to the Isle of Capri Casino. 15 mins to the Mississippi Valley Fair grounds. Local coffee shops and eateries only a 3 min drive. Full kitchen. Dedicated workspace. 2 queen beds. Large yard for BBQ or games and space for your pups! Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

Close to interstates, shopping, Bettendorf Sports Complex, Village of East Davenport. Off street parking. Garage access if needed. Plenty of space two beds and bath on main level. Lower rec room has additional bath and sleeping accommodations. Quiet street. Fenced in back yard. Private deck. This house has everything for a short stay or long stay.

This is a one bedroom apartment (second floor). Located in downtown East Moline, IL . It gives you a first row seat, from the comfort of your living room, to the many shows and parades through out the year. Downtown East Moline is located close to railroad, so expect to hear an ocasional train. Close to bars and restaurants.
