Vicino a molti servizi quali: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, bancomat, posta e farmacie. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) e entrate autostradali.

Appartamento Fortini della Fame

Appartamento(2.5) al piano terra in una casa di tre appartamenti, bella vista verso il piano, lago Maggiore e montagne. Veranda, cucinino, 1 camera, WC con doccia. NO camino. Condiviso giardino e lavanderia. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. Uscita autostrada Bellinzona-sud, a 5’ e 25’ a piedi dalla stazione del treno. Ideale per escursioni a piedi e bici.

Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Unsere Casa Rossa bietet mit dem Grottino eine Einliegerwohnung an. Es ist ein Studio und hat keine abgetrennten Räume, siehe Fotos. Für unsere Gäste ist es Raum für Rückzug, Erholung, Komfort, eigene Küche, sonnige Wohnlage mit Gartensitzplatz, sehr zentrale Lage, Nähe zu ÖV (5 Min.), Nähe zum See, geeignet für Paare oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern (Kinderbett vorhanden). Alles barrierenfrei und mit Lift. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Casa Capinera

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Die zweite Haushälfte wird ausschließlich privat genutzt und nicht vermietet. Das Haus ist gut gelegen für Naturliebhaber, Wanderer, Biker und Sonnenanbeter. 1 Schlafzimmer (max. 2 Pers) Fr. 80.-/Nacht 2 Schlafzimmer (max. 4 Pers) Fr. 140.-/Nacht

Rustico Caverda

Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist. Eine gedeckteTerasse und eine Liegewiese gehören dazu. Der grosse Garten mit Feuerstelle kann mitbenutzt werden. Es ist alles komplett barrierefrei. ID 860
