The Shire House is grade II listed and dates from 1780. Situated in the heart of Lostwithiel and with the river Fowey just 30 steps away. This is a Georgian townhouse with a walled garden full of sun. Expect lots of character, with contemporary design, and with up to the minute amenities. The minimum stay is usually 3 nights but do contact me if you are only looking for 2 nights as this may be possible.
