Sara’s place was great and perfect for our one night stay in Falmouth. Sara and Ginny were excellent with communication prior to our stay and everything was clean, tidy and as described.

This is the second of Ali’s places I’ve stayed in and it’s just as perfect. I travel at lot with my job and would say this bed is one of THE most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The location and the apartment block itself is perfect if you’re bringing your dog with you. I’m currently looking to buy in Plymouth and I like the location and Ali’s place so much I’m now looking in this location for myself. Ali is really communicative and friendly and all instructions and details were perfectly clear. Having stayed in other spots in Plymouth (when Ali’s hasn’t been available), I’d also say this is one of the best value places to stay in the city.

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Great location, easy to walk into town and also very close to the seafront so good for accessing the beaches or going on walks. We stayed at New Year but I imagine the decking area would be lovely in the summer especially with the patio doors opening out from the kitchen. Comfortable accommodation, especially the beds, lovely large shower in the en-suite of the main bedroom.

Great location and throughly enjoyed the stay. Janna made the flat feel like home with some homemade cakes on arrival and welcoming of my dog joining me on my travels. 10/10 stay!

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

Had a really lovely stay at Sharon's place. The place was so clean and smelt lovely as soon as you walked in. Sharon was so helpful and responsive from booking to check out. We felt really at home and absolutely loved the location. Would definitely stay again.

William is an excellent host! This was my first Airbnb experience and I was a bit nervous about the whole process. William was patient with all my questions, responded to my texts promptly, and reassured me throughout every step. His place was immaculately clean and well tended. William even went above and beyond, leaving milk and biscuits for me after I informed him of my challenging day of travel.

A relatively new house tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen which had plenty of extras to make preparing meals easy. Very comfy beds too. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Angie. Recommended.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Lovely clean bungalow, linen and furnishings. A gorgeous garden and pretty views. All as shown in the current photos. We appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts. They had thought of every little detail, including hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and toilet paper. We arrived to a pack of lemon muffins and croissants which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be booking again when visiting family. I was so impressed that I have saved a few of their other properties in my favourites folder. We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

Lovely well appointed flat, 3 minutes walk to South Fistral green. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at Diana’s. Love the private garden and flat. The kitchen is well equipped and when we had a slight problem with the hob Diana answered straight away. It’s within walking distance of Tiverton and not far from the moors and the coast. It’s home to me as I was brought up in a local village and went to school in Tiverton. I would highly recommend the apartment and I will definitely use it again.

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in Karen’s flat before. It is conveniently situated just around the corner from Preston Sands so is a quieter location but an easy, level walk to the sea. The private parking is a bonus at busy times and is reasonably spacious and easy to access. The flat was super clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Shops and takeaways all within easy walking distance too. Certainly hope to stay again and this is now the first place we check for availability when visiting our friends in the area.

The apartment was just what we needed, a home from home with a fantastic seaview Jemma was away this week but her mum Jackie was lovely, very helpful and welcoming as was her dad and the dog😊 All in all a brilliant week.
