The Private, cosy room, overlooking the back garden has a private bathroom (with shower, WC and basin)., WiFi, central heating, Free -View TV. Key safe access for late arrivals by front door. A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

I’d like to welcome you to my famous ‘Harry Potter’ home. Come & relax in one of my four poster en-suite bedrooms. Fluffy dressing gowns & toiletries provided. Pretty courtyard garden with easy access to the lovely village. There’s a special guest sitting room where you can toast marshmallows & crumpets over the fire. Chill out on the squashy sofa & just relax. There’s plenty to see & do & award winning restaurants within walking distance. Yummy breakfasts too.

Tranquil private room

This peaceful place is close to must-see destinations. Come spend a night or two in this lovely double room, in Hadleigh Suffolk. The house is down a quiet drive off the High street. Off street parking gives a sense of security. We are a ten minute walk to Benton End, and a 5 minutes drive from the Marquis Hotel and spa. We provide a peaceful room with ensuite and continental breakfast in room. We have a small dog who will greet you on arrival.

Sunny room in Suffolk farmhouse

A large room and bathroom in a beautiful 17th century Suffolk farmhouse in grounds of 3 acres. You have your own dedicated access, a library area outside the bedroom leading to your bathroom. You are free to wander the wildlife friendly gardens or sit and relax in one of the seating areas. A delicious breakfast and dinner in our dining room or in one of our outside spaces can be provided on request for an additional charge.

Red lion little barn

Enjoy a relaxing and restful stay in this beautifully converted little barn, located in the lovely Suffolk countryside on the Shotley peninsula near Woolverstone. Close to the rivers Orwell and Stour and surrounded by many splendid walking opportunities and restored in the grounds of the Red Lion, one of the loveliest restaurants in the area.
