There is a well stocked shop and excellent pub within walking distance. There are endless footpaths, hills, trails and even bouldering on your doorstep. Our mid-terraced cottage sleeps up to five guests in its three well-presented bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The heart of the home is its living room, complete with a multi-fuel stove which brings some extra cosiness in the colder months, or somewhere to dry your boots after a day in the fells. We have free parking for two cars on the driveway outside the house, and around the back is a shared garden with outdoor seating, ideal for al fresco dining when the sun is shining!

Wetheral is just 3 miles from junction 42 on the M6 and the village has great amenities including a Village Shop and post office, Cafe, and a great pub just across the road! Wetheral Railway Station is a short walk from the cottage with regular trains to Carlisle and Newcastle. Easy access to Gretna Green, the Lake District, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
