There is construction in the area which will be going on for years to come. the apt itself is quite as well as peaceful, but all around building are being raised. the road to the building is still been worked on so you need to have a little patient when accessing the garage.

Upon returning home from either Banana beach or Carmel market each 2 min by foot, w/your grocery bags/bathing suits, you enter your seaview apartment, hang your wet things on the balcony, use the outdoor sunshower, or a hot massage shower inside, then after, sip some wine, kick your feet up on the deck or in the studio watching your favorite movies on the HD widescreen.
