Our modern, well-equipped home sits right by the sea with breathtaking mountain views, surrounded by pristine Arctic nature. Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

The little cottage with panoramic views of the breathtaking Skarsfjord and the islands of Rebbenesøya and Sandøya invites you to relax and unwind in the evenings after long days in the mountains, fishing, skiing or hiking. Beautiful designer house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

Bolig ligger i naturskjønne og rolige omgivelser nord på Kvaløya, ca. 25 minutter kjøring fra Tromsø sentrum. Utleiedel består av kjøkken, stue og bad, og fire soverom på loftet. Flott utsikt over Kvalsundet fra kjøkken/stue. Populært område for å se nordlys. Nærmeste dagligvarebutikk ligger 8km unna boligen, i Kvaløyvågen. Matvarebutikken er åpen kl 10-1730 i ukedager og kl 10-15 på lørdager. Dersom man ønsker butikk med mer utvalg er nærmeste ved Kvaløysletta.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Cathedral Lodge

This house looks like a little cathedral, and lies only a five minutes walk from the centre of Tromsø. Large windows in the front gives a magnificent view of the city, the sea and the Mountains. The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. This is the perfect place to stay in Tromsø. Welcome!
