All I got to say is feels like a home as soon as you get in and loved every second of it hope I get to go back and stay there again

we loved our stay. we plan on coming back every year for my boyfriends birthday. we love eating at the brau haus and how perfect to also get to spend a relaxing night at this beautiful apartment as well.

Such a cute and homelike rental. It had everything I needed. The kitchen is gorgeous and the bed is so comfy. Michael was responsive when I had a question. Great place and I already have it rented again later in the year!

We had nothing but a positive experience. Apartment was as described and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing stay! Photos and description didn’t do this place justice! Cedric is very involved, reaches out through your stay to ensure you have everything you need, and if there’s anything you need or want, he’s willing to go out and get it himself and provide. Great host. Place was well lit at night so walking my dog was nice, I can see him well, and see our surroundings, without the lights intruding in while I slept. Provided spare dog bags and even a big scooper to make everything easier. Would definitely love to stay again!

This apartment was spacious and looked just like the photos. We loved having dinner at the brewery right next door. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Polly’s place was perfect and exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area with my dog. Everything was clean and the home was adorable. Polly was very communicative and available but truthfully, I didn’t need to ask her much as she had already provided everything I needed to know! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

The house was very spacious with lots of amenities. It worked great for our family’s visit to Dayton. Maria was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay. I would stay here again.

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

Kristan’s place was great! Exactly what my family was looking for as we were passing through! Great place to stay with your pet for a great price. Would book again if in the area.

We were very comfortable staying at Scott's place and found it convenient for our event in Dayton. Scott was always responsive to our questions. The home is well cared for and pet friendly, and we appreciated that some necessities are provided. There are stores nearby for any needed items, as well as many great restaurants. Troy is a very nice family friendly town. We would definitely stay again if we need to travel to the Dayton area.

Beautiful and charming old house with modern updates to make it comfortable. Plenty of space for our family (4 adults) and convenient for visiting our daughter at Miami U. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The duplex is conveniently located a few minutes from campus, immaculate, comfortable and stocked with all the necessities. Tammy was great with communicating and arrival and departure was so easy! Such a perfect place to stay, and we definitely will be back!
