Our house is 2 story/we live upstairs in a quiet neighborhood of Richmond/El Sob area. We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. Located in an ideal location in Mill Valley providing guests “the best of both worlds” including, easy pedestrian access to downtown Mill Valley and immediate access to a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. 20-25 min drive from the Golden Gate Bridge adjacent neighborhoods including the Marina, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District. The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.

This space is downstairs in my centrally located private home, but has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the upstairs. Renovated with a mix of new and vintage furnishings, guests will step down into a comfortable suite with nice natural light in the front and rear of the space, TV with DirecTV, Wi-Fi, a partially stocked kitchenette, full bathroom (shower), and peaceful rear bedroom. I am eager to welcome guests from all backgrounds into my home.
