The Airbnb is located near the end of a cul-de-sac road out in the country. There’s an active train track about 1/2 mile away that passes by days/nights which is little loud. There is wild life like deers, squirrels, possums, raccoons in the area. Has front patio and big front yard, fire pit.

You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE.
