Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

CR Station Train Caboose

Enjoy the restoration of our charming and cozy caboose! Complete with all the amenities you'll need and more! Linens and towels, refrigerator, microwave, a double burner hot plate, dishes for cooking, barware for cocktailing, and even the original conductor's chairs to watch the sunset over the horse pasture. Enjoy our private Guesthouse with full amenities and our shared courtyard for your weekend couples getaways. Full bath, free internet, kitchenette with dorm fridge. *NEW* we have installed a hot tub in the courtyard. We also have a fire pit out back for use if you’d like. We do have 2 Great Danes. Do to continued problems with people following our pet rules, we no longer allow pets of any kind. Please don’t ask. Your suite is completely private but our courtyard is a shared space

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Nestling Pines Treehouse

Nestling Pines Treehouse is nestled amongst the Pine trees on a hill deep in the woods. There is designated parking for treehouse guest only. A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. Has electricity, running hot/cold water, walk-in-shower, flushing toilet, 2 full size beds, fridge ,A/C, electric heat , ample kitchen amenities, toiletry items supplied, and housekeeping.

Bin There, Done That inspiration came from the television series "Texas Flip N Move." During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born. Here you will find a place to relax and refresh, a farming community surrounded by nature, good eateries, and local artisans. You can enjoy a variety of experiences and at the end of your stay you can say, "I've Bin There, Done That."
