The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Woodys Retreat

Woody's Retreat is a Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in its own dog friendly secure garden with stunning views of Pendle Hill. Surrounded by farmland and with footpath and bike trails easily accessible. Easy walks to local dog friendly pubs. The hut is designed with country cottage aesthetic, equipped with everything you need, with under floor heating to keep you cosy all year round. Outside you will find ample parking, lockable bike shed, pagoda with patio furniture, Chiminea, logs provided and BBQ.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The lodge is located in the heart of the Forest of Bowland which boasts stunning scenery, a wide range of activities, great country pubs and tranquility. The lodge itself is open plan but with a private bathroom, the kitchen is also well equipped with modern appliances. After a day exploring the nearby market towns and villages, or even a 10 mile hike in the hills, what better way to end your day than relaxing in the hot tub and soak up the panoramic views across the Bowland fells and beyond.

Also, home to the local working sheepdog demonstration team. Located in a small village on the Pennine Way; the renowned Hardraw force, England's highest waterfall is a 5 minute stroll. The Green Dragon Inn is less than 5 minutes walk. The small market town of Hawes is a 20 minute walk, with plenty of shops and pubs.
