We welcome guests looking for a comfortable and restful stay in our home in the beautiful seaside village of Rhyll. Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

This property is located within 2 minute walk to Rhyll Foreshore which has a Fish & Chip shop, The Foreshore Bar & Restaurant, licenced cafe and Indian restaurant. Plenty of room for 2 families plus a safe rear yard for boats etc. Cowes is a 7min drive with more restaurants, supermarkets and shops. All surf and swimming beaches are nearby. There is plenty to see and do within close proximity. A wonderful holiday spot.
