This was a beautiful home right outside of the park - the perfect place for our wedding party to stay. The porch and hot tub area are a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked and we found everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again for future trips to Fall Creek Falls.

It’s a very beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place. We felt so cozy being there. I loved the 50’s looking appliances in the kitchen as well. Due to my fear of climbing ladders, I couldn’t personally sleep up in the master bedroom, but from what I could see of it, it was beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this cabin to family, friends, and strangers. Thank you both again for letting us stay there!

Very family friendly place in a safe, spacious environment. The house is exactly like the photos. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of outdoor space. We struggled with the front door lock so we ended up leaving it locked and used an unlocked door on the back porch when we left. This was a great location near a wedding venue. It was basically the only place we could find or honestly I would not have paid as much. We did receive last minute check in info that said we couldn’t turn the air below 74 because he said the unit would freeze up and if so we would have to pay the service fee. This was not in the listing and the owner retracted that request.

This place is incredible. If you want to hike you have many great places to hike in a short drive. If you like to hang out in town, Sparta is a 5 minute drive to meet some locals and have some good food and drinks. If you want to just get away the house was immaculate. Very comfortable and private. As soon as we pulled in the driveway we knew how well kept the house would be. It was a wonderful trip. I can’t wait to get back to hike the other trails. This place was exactly what we were looking for! Very private and beautiful view of the mountains and valley from the back porch. The hot tub worked great and was very relaxing as well. It was nice to disconnect from our busy lives and just enjoy nature without all the distractions of the internet. The cabin was in perfect condition, very clean, and had comfortable beds. Dudley the dog was an awesome part of the experience also. He loved having company and walking around the property with us and just hanging out on the back porch. Brad’s directions to find the cabin made it very easy to find. The drive up the mountain is quite an exciting experience if you’ve never driven in the mountains! Thank you for the relaxing weekend!!! We will definitely return in the future!!!

This was our weekend getaway and let me tell you it was amazing! This cabin is very secluded in a small town with many beautiful sights. We both felt at home. The cabin is pet accessible, but you couldn't even smell another animal in there && there is even linens for the pets! We only utilized one room, but it was very spacious & we enjoyed the board games! The road to get up to the cabin was a hill with gravel and was piece of cake with 4wd. Despite the negative reviews we felt a complete opposite for the cabin. Not only was the cabin amazing but Glenn's communication was very great. We are both very pleased & will be recommending to future travelers! ** AWESOME HOT TUB!!

We loved how peaceful it was. Our German Shepherd loved exploring and sleeping on the smooth floor. The hot tub was amazing! Great experience!

Enjoyed the secluded atmosphere, very relaxing. We saw deer several evenings just before dark. Cabin had all the amenities ever needed and more.

We loved the shady grove cabin. It was super peaceful and perfect for our family. Faith was wonderful at responding and the cabin was clean and made us feel right at home. We would for sure stay here again.

We loved Ann's place. Hiking to the waterfall out back was a special bonus. It's very close to Fall Creek Falls which was a great excursion. The home has comfortable beds, rooms, and hangout space.

This cabin was exactly what we needed! It was quiet, secluded without being too far from a store, cute, clean, and comfortable. Our host was super responsive and accommodating, and check in/out was very easy. We are very happy with our stay and would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Wonderful place to get away and relax! We got to experience an unforgettable sunset from the front porch. The peace and quiet was exactly what we were looking for. The goats and chickens were an added bonus and very friendly.

Beautiful location. The house was spotless and the most well stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. Excellent game room and the nerf guns were so fun! Great family trip. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Wonderful stay. Peaceful location but easy to get to all Cleveland/Chattanooga area has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Check-in was smooth and the host was very gracious, allowing us to re-book from an earlier time period that we were unable to attend. Unfortunalty, due to rainy weather, we were unable to enjoy the back porch or fire pit, but we will for sure at our next booking here. House was tastefully decorated and we enjoyed use of the blackstone for breakfast on the front porch. Highly recommend.

The cabin was very new and clean. Very nicely decorated and furnished. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking to hike, kayak or just spend time with family at the camp site. They also have campers spots on the premises. We have a son that lives nearby and we will definitely keep this option open for future visits! Thanks for a great place for our weekend!

My wife and I stayed here for a month, and really enjoyed it. The property is beautiful, and the farm dog blue became best buds with us. He was also friendly to our dog. Overall we had a great stay, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing peaceful spot for us and the dogs. Great location for Lost Sea, Knoxville and Chattanooga. Found great restaurants via Google search, but unable to remember names. The place was clean and homey. We will be back when we visit Chattanooga again.

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

The place was great! And the snack basket upon arrival was wonderful after a looong drive!! Everything was great! Really appreciated the clean hot shower after our day of driving! Tim responded very quickly with our questions and was very helpful!! Will be back!

What a wonderful place! Newer amenities, great space, clean, comfy beds, responsive host and parking for a boat & 2 trucks wasn’t an issue.

This was a nice cabin with plenty of space! We enjoyed staying here while in the area for work and having a roomy kitchen to cook our meals in. We'd definitely stay here again—especially during sandhill crane season with the Hiwassee Refuge right at your backdoor. Don't miss walking down to the water right after the sun comes up—it's magical with the early-morning fog.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa's lakehouse! We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely updated it was and everything is brand new. Easily walkable lake access and nearby affordable boat rentals make this house a fantastic value for anyone wanting to just get away for a while. Highly recommended!!!
