Copper,brass,leather.High end luxury reconnecting with nature and each other on your own.Ensuite wet room and mini kitchen.Cosy local pubs,country walks or snuggle up in the wagon.Enjoy the fire pit,use the telescope,explore nearby Exeter,beaches and Dartmoor.Retreat,rest,relax.Perfect hygge.The communal area has a fire pit with pizza oven,and a double hammock for your use.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

The Stables

Nestled away in Broadclyst, is our recently converted Stables. Just a 15-minute drive from Exeter City Centre and Supermarkets situated in a neighbouring village. The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

Designed and built on the farm, Over The River combines a back-to-nature, outdoor experience with all of the comforts of a boutique hotel just five miles from historic Exeter. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located village home in the heart of the Exe Valley. 1 Allocated parking space, plus parking in village square. Short distance (7 miles) to Exeter & Tiverton. Exmoor & Dartmoor (45 mins drive). Travel cot available charge of £20 (incl, bedding and linen) High chair available. The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Lower Chapeltown Cottage

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

Tired of economy class? Charter a stay in a first class fuselage with wood fired hot tub situated in tranquil woodland. Welcome onboard your own private aircraft, step inside to the sleek contemporary interior of first class. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Luxury lodging, doorstep Exmoor walks and cycling

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
