Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
