Built in 1911 by John Groth, this studio apartment has elements of the original John Deere and later Ford factory including the original hardwood flooring, brick wall, and high ceilings. The Sumner House is a great place to stay, it has been completely re-modeled and has a great feel, open yet cozy and I love the porch!! There is one bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower a beautiful new kitchen, a sitting room/parlor and the living room.
